I believe that reading can be a self-fulfilling activity. People can select books that resonate with them and use them to therapeutically heal themselves. For example, I enjoy reading Soner Yalçın, while others may prefer Dan Brown, suspense novels, or even Mehmet Coskundeniz. As the ancient Greeks said, "the place where the soul of man is healed" - and that place is the library.
It is a non-testing technique in which the individual reads a book or watches a movie about the problem they are experiencing, in order to create awareness and ultimately eliminate or realize the issue. This is known as Story Therapy if done with a book, or Cinematherapy if done with a movie.
