This lip care product is great for when you have a cold or the flu. It works really well and gives great results even when your lips are really dry and chapped. When you first use it, you will feel a tingling, cooling sensation from the menthol. It's a feeling that I really like. It's like something is being activated on your lips. I think it's the best and I recommend keeping it in your bag, especially during cold and flu season.
I have a lip moisturizer under my pillow right now. I'm using a medication called Roaccutane, which makes my lips dry, so I don't think Hametan is as effective as Blistex. However, Blistex is better for when I'm out in public because I can't wear Hametan. I also like the smell of Blistex.
Blistex's Frosty lip care product keeps your lips soft without feeling cold. It has a menthol-like feeling that gives you a cool, windy sensation after you apply it. Even if you have dry lips, this product won't hurt them. I recommend using it every winter for the best results.

Blistex recently changed their lip balm by reducing the menthol and making it oilier. We liked that it was oil free and had menthol, but now it's like all the other lip balms. The last two Blistex I bought had the same changes, and I've been using Blistex for years. I'm not happy with the changes.
