Although he didn't apply, he was offered a professorship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. We are proud that he accepted the offer and will be taking on this title at the age of 32 starting in January 2017. Bravo!
He is a young scientist with a doctorate degree in materials science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research on the pacemaker is very promising. His study was published in the journal PNAS in 2013 and was called "Conformal Piezoelectric Energy Harvesting and Storage from Motions of the Heart, Lung, and Diaphragm".
It's not that people are exaggerating the importance of media, they just don't get the job done. He has a bad track record. Some people say that women have made a big contribution to science, nature, but they are still being over-exaggerated. You can't be taught how to do it.
This scientist invented the "wearable pacemaker" and was the first to be elected to the Harvard University Junior Academy membership. He is one of the new generation of scientists who was included in the lists of "35 Innovators Under 35" compiled by MIT Technology Review Magazine last year and "30 Scientists Under the Age of 30" by Forbes Magazine.
I am proud to be a graduate of Hacettepe University's Physics Engineering department. It took me nine years to complete my degree, which is longer than most people take.
People who were unsuccessful in life and were jealous of a successful scientist called them overrated. They asked the successful scientist what they had done to be so successful.
