icloud drive

i can't understand why it doesn't allow batch transfer and has to deal with each photo one by one.

if you are switching to a new phone and you are a fan of resetting without moving unnecessary things to the new phone with the itunes restore method, you can upload your whatsapp conversations that you do not want to lose photos of here and then log in from the web browser and download them to your computer. it even comes in two different formats as txt and media so it stays pretty tidy. if you make an icloud backup after deleting the rest of the trivia and the main conversations, you can complete the transition without getting stuck with the quota problem.

cloud service. as far as i understand, it uses the mac's hard disk as a cloud drive and you can access those files from all other devices.

it's a system that i'm having trouble understanding what's the difference between it and the old icloud. we were already able to use the documents that we created using icloud using pages etc software on all our devices in a synchronized manner. now, it is said that photos, word (docx) etc. can be backed up. even if you upgrade them from mac this time, there is no chance to open them from ios as far as i know..

icloud uses the cloud system on an application basis while icloud drive uses it on a file basis of all types
