Vito Corleone was very upset and disliked seeing Luka Brasi because 10 years before the start of the story, Luka had killed 6 of Vito's father's rivals in a big mafia fight. Luka had a very scary face and everyone who saw him was scared.

In the first movie of the Father series, there is a very beautiful scene where a character named Luca is killed. When Luca enters the bar, there is a decoration of two fish on the glass door. Luca is then killed and the scene ends with the two fish still there. Luca is not seen again in the movie, but the news of his death is brought to the other characters with two fish wrapped in a bulletproof vest.

Consiglieri walked past him and went to talk to Michael, and Luca was staring at him. I was wondering if he was going to call me, but instead Consiglieri talked to Michael and then went back to Luca without looking him in the face. They said something like "come with me" and then they went inside.

I met Luca Brasi at the start of the book and thought he would be a great addition to the team because of his skills, lack of empathy, and professionalism. When he was killed in a way that didn't fit his character, I was filled with anger and sadness. It took me a while to get over the shock of his death and I had to take a break from the book. Luca Brasi was an amazing man and it's a shame he was taken away from us.
