The seventeen-year-old new lead singer of Hooverphonic sang the song "Mad About You" in the final of the Voice contest he participated in - a song that is a staple of the group. Taking the reins after Geike Arnaert and Noemie Wolfs - what a shame!
I was at the psm concert yesterday and I could tell that the new soloist wasn't quite up to par with some of the songs. Her voice didn't quite have the same flavor and feeling as the original artist, if you know what I mean.
He's so adorable in the music video for Hooverphonic's new single, "Romantic"! I mean, it's not just about having a great voice to be a soloist in this band, you also need to have a good look. Plus, I was totally shocked when I found out he was only 17 years old - born in 2001! Alex Callier, the mastermind of the group, was born in 1972.
We'd like to extend our congratulations to him and wish him continued success!
They are the 18-year-old soloist of the band Hooverphonic, who will be representing Belgium in Eurovision 2020. Her face and voice are so innocent and beautiful. I'm a huge fan of their romantic songs. I hope they make the most of her voice and get a great score!
I wasn't expecting a Liesje Sadonius, Geike Arnaert or Noemie Wolfs performance, but when I heard the romantic piece played by the soloist for the first time, it reminded me of all the things I used to love about Hooverphonic that were now left behind.
