serial killer and rapist, born in 1959, who committed a series of murders in usa virginia 1976 - 77. he killed his victims aged between 22 and 34 by strangling or stabbing them. his full name is monte ralph rissell. he was sentenced to life imprisonment five times in 1978.
i think a photo of him on the internet has been mistaken for herbert mullin. they even compared him with the actor in the mindhunter series with that picture, but when you look at the middle-aged photos of monte rissel, it has nothing to do with the man in the picture. monte rissel's face is once longer. plus, his eyebrows are more separate. i still do not understand. keep researching!
