my brother's story
I was reading three books, but then I found this novel that was so exciting and mysterious that I couldn't put it down. It only took me two days to finish it! The story was really good and I highly recommend it. I hope they make a movie about the aliens instead of us.
In Zülfü Livaneli's novel, he pays tribute to the late Ercan Arıklı at the start of the book. In the first entry, he talks about how he dresses according to the temperature outside. He also mentions that all his clothes have grades written on them. This was Ercan Arıklı's signature style in the media world and it is still talked about as a legend.
I admire the author, but I didn't enjoy the feeling that the book gave me that the author was trying to show off their knowledge. I think this could be because the journalist woman is portrayed as not being very educated.
