My Greek friend and I were not joking when we talked about the video game Age of Mythology. You can watch a video about it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byfnayyiil4.
I used to play a video game called Age of Mythology a lot when I was younger. I remember some of the words from the game, like "etimos", "carlos", "vuylome", and "izboliv". I probably spelled them wrong, but that's how they sounded. It was so much fun to play the game that I still remember the words. It was really cool to be able to use special powers like vision and rush with underworld passage with pegasus.
Even though it has been a long time since I played Age of Mythology, I still remember some of the Greek words from the game. I often find myself saying "Carlos Izboli" or something similar. I may have spelled the words wrong.
The heroes said some strange words like "prrostagma" and "furfoz", "lege", "fritomus" and "malista". They also liked the sounds of Scandinavian words like "tilpoint", "skiphan" and "yaw".
Prostagma is the name given to the documents containing the orders of the Eastern Roman Empire's ruler (Basileus/Basilissa). It is similar to the Edict, which was the name given to the documents containing the orders of the Ottoman Empire's ruler.

When you think of the word "aom" in the evening, it brings back memories of your childhood.
