washing hair with baking soda

For the past 3 months, I have been washing my hair 3 times a week with a mixture of warm water and baking soda. I spray the mixture on the roots of my hair and leave it for 2-3 minutes before washing it off with plenty of water. I also add apple cider vinegar to the rinse water to give my hair softness and shine. I have noticed that my hair is less oily and the shape of my hair is becoming more pronounced. My hair is growing slowly, but it has become healthier in the past 3 months due to the lack of chemicals. I adjust the amount of baking soda according to the structure of my hair, as too much baking soda can cause dandruff. I also apply pure olive oil to the ends of my hair to keep it healthy.

My two sisters and I have a scalp problem. When we are stressed, our scalps become itchy and start to develop dandruff and scabs. Eventually, these scabs can become scars and cause bleeding, odor, and more severe dandruff. We tried visiting doctors and taking medications, but nothing worked. Finally, we tried applying a mixture of baking soda and olive oil to our hair and it worked! The scabs and dandruff went away and our hair was clean and shiny. It's a bit annoying to have to rub olive oil on your head and wait an hour, but it's worth it. I'm not sure if this will work for everyone, but it worked for us.

This method of using apple cider vinegar to cleanse the hair gives a refreshing feeling, but it can be too harsh and make the hair feel dry and hard. It can also make it seem like the hair is not tangled when you pull it out. To condition the hair and make it softer, you can use mohair mohair. It is unclear who discovered this method or how they found it.

People are looking for more natural ways to take care of their hair, so some have started using baking soda instead of shampoo and water with apple cider vinegar instead of conditioner. It is said that after a period of time (anywhere from 1 week to 5 weeks) the hair will become oily, but it will also be less sticky, have more waves, and reduce dandruff and itching. Not many people in Turkey have tried this yet, so it can be hard to find answers to questions about it. People want to know if they will still get the same refreshing feeling after washing their hair with baking soda and if they should use herbal oil before washing with baking soda.
